One thing I’d been badgering Nokia about is inclusion of TV-Out on their E Series devices which for me is a must have for someone on the move , not only can I hook it up to TV but also give presentations off a Projector via Quick Office 6 .
I guess BlackBerry took the concept a step further , instead of adding a TV Out to the BB’s they have brought out BlackBerry Presenter , a 3.4 inch X 2.4 inch X 0.9 inches box which connects to the Projector or TV and connects to the BlackBerry through Bluetooth and plays PowerPoint presentations on large screen – now that’s neat , any BlackBerry smartphone can connect to it all you need is the BB Presenter although it does not work on BlackBerry Curve 83xx and Pearl Flip 82xx due to processor and memory constraints and on existing phones , with BlackBerry® Device Software v4.6 or later , you need to install a software to enable it available for free at http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices/accessories/presenter/

The BlackBerry Presenter supports 24 Animations and 55 Transitions in slides and can be used in “ loop mode” which allows Slide Tansition Time so you can concentrate on giving the presentation instead of moving slides forward .
Other features may come soon through a software upgrade both for Presenter and BlackBerry Smartphones .
As RIM says , setting up the Presenter with you BlackBerry is easy , all you have to do it “ to start your presentation, all you need to do is plug it in and select "Present" on the wizard on your BlackBerry smartphone. There are no settings to worry about, as the single, mounted button on top of the device is used to put it to sleep, wake it up, or reset it to show a new presentation." and it displays in resolution output of 1024×768
Nokia users don’t look at you phone in disgust
, RIM says that Presenter is compatible with a number of 3rd part Bluetooth Devices just hope Nokia is one of them - I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
For USD 199.00 , it will soon be a must have business accessory for the traveler on the go and comes with a carrying case , USB Cord for Software upgrade and Power Supply , Video Cables not included
If it works with Nokia I’m all for buying one to use with E72 else I’ve got the N900’s Video Out and a hope I can get a full Office Suite on it
