My thoughts on the Hajj and Umrah Application
Nokia with Asgatech had been providing Hajj and Umrah application along with other applications meant for Muslims since 2006 and had seen a major boost in sales whenever these applications are launched , usually during Ramadan under the banner of Ramadan Applications. I myelf has used the application during Hajj 2007 and found them to be vey helpful , alas it was not as comprehensive than as now .
For Nokia to provide the Hajj and Umrah and other similar applications is to capture the 1 billion plus Muslim World market where Nokia is the market leader but commercialism aside , it’s a great service provided by them for the Muslims and I’m thankful to Nokia and AGAtech for that.

The application will not replace your guide book / Imam and Hajj Training , it’s meant only to complement them .
