We are mega film buffs at SenseApplied and there isn’t a day when we don’t watch a movie before the day ends . For years our source of videos had been our local DVD vendor from whom we can get the latest Hollywood releases for a fraction of the ticket price in US but for older classics we had to search numerous sites on the net .
One of the sources we had was Netflix but now YouTube is offering a better alternative YouTube Movies in the move what we think is being made by Google to launch it’s Google TV
A free service , even accessible in Pakistan and all over the world . The movie collection consists the following categories
- Documentaries and Biographies
- Bolly Wood
- Action and Adventure
- Horror
- Comedy
- Mystery and Suspense
- Drama
- Cartoons
To our delight , the Bollywood collection contains some 57 movies including those by Amitabh Bachan and is a mix of old classics and new movies.
The cartoon collection has 7 cartoons including Japanese Manga
We are looking forward to see more movies added to the collection .
Just be forewarned , there are also some NSFW and rated R / 18 movies in the collection ( they require login to access ) however we suggest that even the main page is somewhat NSFW so not to access the site at work or in the vicinity of the children
What do you think , should Google add more movies to the Youtube . In our opinion , Google at first should start rating the movies as PG , R etc and make the main page family friendly so we can enjoy the cartoons with the children
