OVI Store imposing Country Specific Restrictions

What’s Nokia thinking , today they sent me an email to download Climate Mission Game and when I clicked it , I get the following message

“ Sorry, this item is not available for your country.
Browse more great content in the "Related" section below.”

vi store not ble

Huh! -  Nokia why are you following the path of Apple’s iTunes , first you made the OVI Store Phone specific instead of platform specific making access to many applications cumbersome and people may resort to purchasing the apps direct from the vendor or obtain through alternate means then through OVI Store and now making it Country Specific adding more hurdles to an open Store despite the fact Nokia Pakistan is highlighting OVI Apps and Store in all their ads .

My advice to Nokia is to make the OVI Store open , make it free , let users choose any application they want , just add the specific compatible phone list as you do at Beta Labs , just keep the restriction between  S60v3 or S60v5 applications or also drop it , it will give more choices to people and more exposure to the OVI Store .

For starters make Climate Mission available in Pakistan :)
