According to GFK Associates , one of the largest market research companies in the world based at Nuremberg, Germany reports that Samsung with their F480 mobile phone has “topped the list of the most popular mobile phones” in UK, France, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland and Russia , the major chunk of European Telco markets and it’s believed that it will not stop here .
The Samsung’s F480 aka Tocco is going for record sales in Switzerland where it’s been no 1 for 26 weeks and Five other of it’s models had been amongst top 10 in France and hold 30 % of the market in in Russia, Italy and the Netherlands
The Samsung F480 aka Tocco features a 5MP Camera, Touch Wiz UI , 2.8 inch , 240 x 320 pixel 256 K screen . It has an internal memory of 232 MB and supports Mini SD card upto 8GB .
Samsung is not stopping at Tocco and is bringing out Tocco Ultra to give more fierce competition to Nokia . the world’s first full screen touch with 3 X 4 slide out keypad
The phone is a revolution featuring

One drawback with Samsung Tocco and Tocco Ultra is Proprietary OS which makes applications much difficult to acquire , hopefully Java applications will be available for download to make the most of the phones .
