Nokia as we mentioned earlier had been late in launching their Pink N8 as both Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day has passed so to give them a heads up , we brought the Nokia Alif Edition concept.

Nokia had always been close to the muslim world, as it’s the only phone manufacturer which brings out special software, like Quran , Ahades and Bayot Allah in Ramadan for selected devices which gives a boost to sales during the period.

Now Ramadan is a little more than 2 months away starting 30th July –  1st August so we thought why not give Nokia something different to think about , how about limited edition Nokia Alif phones.

These phones are limited edition in special packaging , preferable ivory color with Islamic Software preinstalled on the phone , which we will again prefer to be white to ivory color . These phone will be available in Middle East, Africa , Pakistan and Malaysia etc where Muslims are predominant population .  Nokia can easily launch multiple phones from N8 to E7 and even C7 or any other phone they want to promote . For added factor they can also add special muslim theme on the phone.

Why Alif ?

Alif is the first letter in Arabic Alphabet which correspond with the letter A and has significant meaning for muslims .

So what you think should Nokia go for Nokia Alif concept or simply let people buy phones for the apps. For Nokia make up your mind as time is running out , don’t go out launching Alif edition right after Ramadan and miss the boat but again  it can be launched as Haj Edition in Sep 2011 .
